Shipping & Return Policy


Thanks for shopping at ​Michelle’s Hobby House​, I want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

When purchasing any of my jewelry please be sure to first have your correct measurements and check the product details so you know your item is the correct size.

Also when purchasing my jewelry, be sure to check the jewelry care instruction card that came with your item to be sure your jewelry stays in top condition.

If you have tech issues or have sales questions or are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help, do not hesitate to contact me.

If after you attempted to resolve issues through contact with me and feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not the best fit your requirements, I want to make things right.


Returns

My policy offers ​30 calendar days to return an item from the date the order was placed. I’d love to know what went wrong and how I can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request when you reach out to me.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be packaged with care, as it was originally sent to you.

I package my items with care so I do not anticipate issues, but I do understand sometimes things happen so I will honor a full refund for any shipping damages that may occur, just contact me with pictures of the damages and I will get back to you quickly.

There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items (some exceptions may apply, just contact me if you have any issues.)


Refunds

Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned
item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, I make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. More details can be found via Stripe.com at Customer refund processing time.


Shipping

I ship products Monday through Saturday, orders placed after 7am Saturday will be sent out on Monday.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non​refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
